PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECT – Registration Category from the South African Council
for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) allows for the engagement in all project
topologies without limitations.

MASHA Design Group is an Architectural company established in 2008. As with all other companies, we aim to produce quality work through thorough approach to each and every task ahead.

The company comprises of a team of architects and snr architectural technologists with combined experience of over 100 years in the field of Architecture and all its levels. We are recognized by the Architectural institutes of the country as a Practice in the field of Architecture.

VISION

The approach is the one that takes into consideration the orientation, cultural connections, scale and the ability to blend with the surrounding.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We believe we have the duty to assist the client to find the Equilibrium of “Appropriate Balance” deign factors. This requires Architecture and Building Design be recognized as a socio-economic Art form and not merely as a tool to bring service closer to the people. Architecture and Building Design should serve the people that utilize, not those who commission and design.

We hope to influence a better understanding of the value of an architects design and eliminate “value engineering” that leave the client and building users with “half designs”. In the end it is not the “value engineering” but the Client, who has to rectify at a later stage.

EXECUTION OF WORK AT FROM THE COMPANY.

The work execution in project stages as referred to in the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (Client-Architect Agreement) include:

Stage 1 – Receive, appraise and report on the client’s requirements.
Stage 2 – Conceptualise and advise, with client involvement.
Stage 3 – Design development and technical resolution.
Stage 4 – Prepare, and coordinate technical documentation and procurement.
Stage 5 – Initiate, administer, coordinate and construction process.
Stage 6 – Fulfil and complete the project closeout.
